Accepting this quotation/estimation and the subsequent payment implies your adherence to Bcompact Design's terms and conditions.

  1. Product Warranty: All lighting products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Pre-fab ladders: 
    • Automatic 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty for indoor use: Covers defects in materials or 
    workmanship. Exclusions: Does not cover outdoor installations or semi-outdoor, does not cover 
    normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, or damage due to modification or 
    negligence. T&C's apply
    • Conditional Extended Warranty Available: Please Check T&C's or     email sales@bcompact.com to enquire.
  2. Returns and Exchanges: Lighting products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if in new and unused condition.Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. See full T&C's on our website www.bcompact.com
  3. Pre-Fabricated Ladder range: Cancellation & Refund Policy (Check full T&C's)
    • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full 
    refund. 
    • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 
    • Change of Mind: As these are prefabricated items produced and packed for shipment 
    immediately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 
    • Defects or Damage: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it to 
    sales@bcompact.com within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos so we can 
    assist with a repair, replacement, or DHL claim.     Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and subject to availability. We are not liable for any delays. See Shipping Guide on our website www.bcompact.com
  5. Installation: Customers are responsible for the installation of lighting products. We do not provide installation services. Any electrical work needs to be carried out by a qualified professional.
  6. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.
  7. Shipping Liability: We are not liable for any delayed or damaged shipments. Insurance is included in the flat shipping rate. Direct damage or loss from shipment claims should be directed to the shipper/carrier. See the full shipping T&C's on our website www.bcompact.com
  8. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under or in connection with the purchase of our products. See full T&C's on our website www.bcompact.com
