Shipping policy

Shipping Liability: We are not liable for any delayed or damaged shipments. Insurance is included in the flat shipping rate. Direct damage or loss from shipment claims should be directed to the shipper/carrier.

Shipping Services: All orders are shipped via DHL Express (international) or DHL 
Express Domestic (Australia). 
• Flat-Rate Shipping: Shipping costs displayed at checkout include freight and 
insurance. They do not include import duties, taxes, or quarantine fees that may apply 
in your destination country. 
• Delivery Times: Most orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days from payment 
confirmation. Transit times vary depending on location (generally 5–8 business days 
internationally). 
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. 
• Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible. 
Bcompact cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery 
information provided by the customer.
